This link is intended for submitting nominations for families who may be experiencing financial hardship as a result of a cancer diagnosis. Each year, our foundation strives to provide a one time monetary donation to approximately five families, and when funding allows, we are grateful to assist even more. Scholarship Applications

Please use this Google Form to submit scholarship applications.

Each year, our board reviews all submissions and selects recipients to be recognized at their respective high school’s
end-of-year awards banquet.

We award two $1,000 scholarships:

  • One to a graduating senior from Kalida High School

  • One to a graduating senior from Liberty-Benton High School

These scholarships honor students who exemplify the qualities that defined Neil—integrity, perseverance, compassion, and a strong work ethic. Preference is given to students who plan to pursue a degree in a STEM field.
